When you contact DC Seals, we use the information you provide to understand your project or application and respond to you.

Estimate requests

We collect your name, contact details, property address, project description, measurements, date preferences and any photographs you choose to upload. These details help us assess the work, prepare an estimate and discuss scheduling. A requested date is not a reservation, and this website does not take payments.

Work applications

We collect your name, contact details, location, experience, availability and any résumé you choose to attach. We use these to review your interest and contact you about working with us. Please leave out Social Security numbers, payment details and other information we do not need at this stage.

Storage and access

Submitted information and attachments are stored through our website hosting services. The owner inbox requires sign-in; your requests, photographs and applications are not public pages. We use hosting and email providers to operate the website and communicate with you. Those services may process technical information needed for delivery, reliability and security.

Questions or corrections

To ask about information you submitted, request a correction or request deletion, use our request form and describe what you need in the project notes. Include your request reference if you have it. We may need to confirm who you are before providing or changing a record.

About the photographs

The residential and Washington, D.C. setting images on this website are licensed stock photographs illustrating the spaces we care for. They are not presented as completed DC Seals projects.
